The Peppercanister Gallery is delighted to announce that it will be relocating to an exciting new space in 2015.
Since Antoinette Murphy and her son Bryan established the gallery in 1999, it has hosted over 100 shows, including many notable solo exhibitions by leading contemporary artists including Basil Blackshaw, Albert Irvin, Liam Belton, Neil Shawcross, and Graham Gingles as well as group exhibitions of early 20th Century Irish artists.
The Gallery will hold a major Relocation Sale at it's premises in 3 Herbert Street in April from stock of paintings, watercolours, drawings, prints and sculpture by deceased Irish artists. The sale will run from 5th to 30th of April and will include works by John B Yeats, Mary Swanzy, Evie Hone, Mainie Jellett, Mildred Ann Butler, Nano Reid, Cecil King, Grace Henry, Henry Moore, Stella Steyn, Louis le Brocquy, Derek Hill, Gerard Dillon, Sarah Purser, Moyra Barry, Tony O Malley, William Scott and Breon O’Casey.
The works for sale will be reduced from 20% to 50%.
